The subs are good:)
Can be very hit or miss. Sometimes it's the best food you've ever had. More often than not, though, sandwiches will be served with brown lettuce or slimy tomatoes and be dripping with water. Most of the staff is usually polite and will acknowledge you within a few minutes of walking up to the counter; not ideal, but there are places that are a lot worse... I think it's just a Newark restaurant thing. You'll definitely find much better quality and service from Firehouse in more... affluent... areas of Columbus.
I do love the food I just don't give 5 stars. I eat at this location 2-3 times a week. Ive updated to 5 stars. FireHouse is my favorite lunch
