I don’t like ham but my husband wanted to try the hot sauce bar and I didn’t want to be difficult so I ordered the hero that has roast beef, Turkey and ham. I added black olives and pickles. When we got home I received a ham sub with no pickles or black olives. Completely ruined my appetite and I’m not eating dinner now bc of it. Thanks firehouse. I’m 94 pounds and won’t eat dinner now bc I’m disgusted. Zero stars in my opinion.
Just a horrible location. Firstly the workers refused to add an item to my sub. Not because they were out, but because my sub didn’t come with that specific topping? That’s the dumbest reason to refuse to add a topping to a sub… secondly they added mayo to my sub which I did NOT ask for.. I didn’t ask for my sub to be fully loaded or whatever they call it when it comes with all the base ingredients.. I asked for specific ingredients.. if I wanted mayo I would have said that..
