Service was fast, staff was friendly and helpful being this was my first time visiting here. Subs were really good and the restaurant/seating area was clean.
Their phones are down but I can hear them perfectly fine? Was constantly hung up on when trying to cancel an order that was sent to the wrong location. Firehouse has consistently gone downhill…
Customer service was amazing! I had an issue with an employee named Sara a few weeks ago, but once I came in she cleared everything up and was super sweet and we were able to become friends! It was all a huge misunderstanding and i'm glad we were able to resolve everything.
Outstanding as always!
