I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at Firehouse Subs, all thanks to Amena. From the moment I walked in, she had an attitude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by ordering. She was short, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping customers. When I asked a simple question about the menu, she gave a sarcastic response instead of actually assisting me.
