They need to get people that actually want to work... The young man that took our order, you could tell he didn't want to be there, no smile, no nothing. He didn't even ask what size sub we wanted or combo. He looked miserable !
I walked in anxious to order because I had not eaten at firehouse subs in a while. I was traveling from out of town on business at the nearby Walmart and walked to firehouse to get lunch. Upon entry into the establishment, no one greeted me or even acknowledged me. I walked to the order area as 4 workers were preparing sandwiches and talking and laughing.
