I usually have no issues here. The food was fine, but the customer service was honestly disappointing. The cashier came across as very dismissive and made me feel like I was bothering her for asking basic questions. I asked about the sandwich sizes because I wasn’t sure how big each size was, and instead of explaining, she just said “small, medium, or large” in a way that felt like I should already know. The cashiers great attitude and friendliness. In the recent past, I encountered cashiers at FH that had poor attitudes and were not friendly. In the past, on multiple occasions, FH got my family and I's orders wrong. On a positive note, we have recently been experiencing better attitudes with our orders being correct. FH employees recently have been much faster in filling our orders. Please keep this up and thank you for the opportunity to do this survey.

Firehouse subs and fries are consistently great tasting. The acting manager and employees at this location during our visit were exceptionally friendly, kind, helpful, and personable.
