Staff was really rude
Currently have been waiting 56 minutes for 5 subs. About 10 minutes ago they said it would be an extra 12 minutes for peppers. I said not to put them on. Incredibly, we are STILL waiting. Terrible!
Get a real GM. This place is a joke.
Before I start this review, I would like to say that I am sure that I ate one of the first sandwiches out of this firehouse, when it first opened in mount pleasant. Since then, I have eaten many, many, many, sandwiches from here. But on may 27th 2026 was the worst experience I had ever had there. The service that day was very slow. But that was not the issue.
