Young associate Fred was very polite and although we arrived late, we wanted tea and he was getting ready to dump the urns but still offered us the tea and then waited for us to be finished before he emptied the containers. I ordered and the person takeing the order he asked for my order after he did not ask me my name and never told me when it was done. He said I do not know .some time just come over. When my husband came to get the order did not have my order ready not even started. I asked for whole weat and got reg bread . This is the 2 time your service has been real bad.
This absolutely the SLOWEST, Firehouse Subs I've ever been to. There were 4 people working, the 2 behind the counter just stood there looking at me, I had to ask them if I could order, the other 2 didn't really do anything. It took over 20 minutes to get 2 cold subs and then we got home they weren't even made the way we ordered them. NEVER AGAIN! I love Firehouse Subs, but not this one.
