great subs. horrible horrible service. the two workers spent more time talking to each other than they did making the food and taking orders. Edit: not only did I wait 30 minutes for my food, but they got my order wrong. What a waste of time and money.
The food is typical firehouse subs. Always potential unmet. If they had a manager that truly cares they could be great. Always a long wait. Always a dirty lobby and looks dirty behind the counter. Such a shame because their sandwiches could be good if they cared more.
I did an online order for pickup and it was not made correctly. My sandwich should have been on wheat, but it was on white; and the pickle and seasoning were missing. I understand that sometimes restaurants run out of items, but if that is the case then it should be noted on the receipt. The food was good otherwise.
