I did an online order for pickup and it was not made correctly. My sandwich should have been on wheat, but it was on white; and the pickle and seasoning were missing. I understand that sometimes restaurants run out of items, but if that is the case then it should be noted on the receipt. The food was good otherwise.
Whole experience terrible, messed up entire order even the drink machine all the drinks were flat you’d think there would be 1 thing at least right. Terrible experience.
Don’t ask to use the restroom unless u want to be yelled at
Update number two haven't been back in a year went back for the first time got my pickle again that I firmly asked him not to put on! And I think your employees are afraid to use barbecue sauce I asked for my sandwich not to be dry and they put extra mayo on a barbecue sandwich. I don't feel like I'm asking for too much no pickle more sauce. I kind of wish I could get my money back Update.I hope the kitchen doesn't look like your soda machine. Not ok!
