Firehouse subs in Mill Creek is awesome. They have delicious sandwiches are super quick and relatively affordable. If you’re looking for a sandwich in Murray, definitely stop here.
This is the 4th time in a row they have forgotten to include my potato chips. The last two times I managed to check the take-out bag before I left the restaurant, but I forgot this time and didn't notice until I got home. Seriously, four times in a row. My understanding is the chips aren't there for decorative purposes, they are supposed to be placed in bags when customers pay for them. Food was wrong it took over 30 mins for 2 sandwiches and an order of fry’s. Didn’t even look at the ticket for the food. Got my name wrong. Place was a mess. Chip boxes everywhere. Everyone in the place was waiting for food. Door dash orders backed up our through the door. They are definitely prioritizing DoorDash over the people in the place. Luckily I don’t live near by so I don’t have to come back again. Firehouse corp you need to get control of this location. It seems all the recent reviews have been the same.
Firehouse . . . you have GOT to be kidding me! If you're going to advertise something as the "Thanksgiving Turkey Sub," with turkey, dressing, and cranberry sauce . . . and have a poster showing a big dollop of the cranberry sauce including whole cranberries, I expect that my sandwich will have cranberry sauce, and plenty of it. Not only do they not speak English, they don't acknowledge customers when they come in. Not just myself, but 3 others in the time I was there. Every one of us had to practically shout to get them to notice. If they want to speak spanish, they can do it off the clock. I won't be coming back to this location until English is spoken behind the counter.
