Walked in with no greeting and immediately overheard the manager loudly reprimanding staff about scheduling and shift swaps. The conversation continued the entire time I waited for my order and even escalated to a phone call in the lobby, where the manager continued to berate the team—who, to their credit, were very kind and helpful to me. It came across as extremely unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. This kind of discussion should really take place in private, not in front of guests.
