First of all food was great. It's 9/29/26 1:30pm every single employee was rude. Made me repeat myself several times and gave ugly looks. I told them the for was amazing thank you they just looked at me did say a work. I got to leave I said thanks again have a good one. Not a single word from anyone. Smh not going back here for that type of rudeness.
I don't understand how you forget to put the entire inside of the sandwich inside of the sandwich. I ordered a gluten-free club on a sub sandwich with black olives and no tomato and I got home and all that there was was black olives, Mayo and bacon.I do not understand how you can the entire middle of it and not know something wrong
First negative experience at firehouse subs. Wife and I went to lunch here today and actually finished our chips before our order was ready. And when it was ready the order was wrong. Everyone in the dining area were looking at each other like "what is taking so long?" It wasn't very busy. I'm sure we'll still visit firehouse, just not this location.
GREAT SERVICE, place is super clean, food was fresh and delicious.
