A message to the person that owns the Firehouse franchise in Starkville---fire your managers. My 80 year old mother and I were out and about on Sunday, March 23rd so we decided to get a quick sandwich. There was only one table occupied in the reataurant so these people were hardly swamped.. We were told by a middle-aged African-American woman that we couldn't order because they were only accepting orders through their website.
