I ordered gluten free bread online as well as another sandwich. Got to the restaurant and was told the gluten free bread was out of stock. I asked for a refund and the lady said to request it online. I completed the request online and received an email that someone would reach out shortly from the restaurant. Now it’s saying on my Firehouse account the ticket order has been resolved and closed.
