We ordered three subs from here on Uber. It was buy one get one free and we did not receive the free sub. The sub we did receive had no lettuce tomatoes onions peppers pickles olives nothing. They slapped meat and cheese on a bread and sent it out just like that. Whoever prepared subs on this day 4/3/25 should be fired!
I ordered a sub through Doordash to the Miami Lakes location and continued to call the location over 10 times to specify I did not want it toasted. Doordash support also called and they got no answer. They did not help at all and they also put toppings I did not ask for on the sub. The service is horrible. The dasher had to give his personal phone to the lady at the counter and she gave me attitude and said it would he a loss to the company so she could not make it cold.
