Fast and friendly service! Ordered in person and food came out quickly. And, it’s hot! Very welcome on a cold Menomonee Falls day.
After ordering through the Firehouse Subs app that's where the easy or good experience ended. Upon arriving at the store there were 10 other people waiting for orders. We got ours 30 minutes after it supposed to ready. More people showed up and the line of people got deeper waiting for take out orders. The problem is they only had 2 employees working.
