The food is great. I love the Hook & Ladder. There is an issue with this location. I have the app and have gotten discounts and deals from the company but on multiple occasions gone to the restaurant to be told this franchise is opting out. Why have the app for deals if the franchise won't honor it. So if you go find out if they'll honor what they should. We haven't had a Firehouse Sub in a while. The local store closed, but we were out and found another store open. We were not at all disappointed. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. The Italian never disappoints.
