I had an online order and when I went to pick it up it was missing. Shanika was very professional and kind about the situation. She immediately remade my order and apologized. She also offered me a drink or dessert for my order missing.
This was my first time visiting a firehouse subs and let me just say this……. I WILL BE BACK …..TOMORROW to be exact.
