Fast and efficient service n the sub was Excellent
Ignoring the tardiness of the pickup order, the food is just ass. Entire subs ruined by sogginess and wet meat. If you need a sub, save yourself a few bucks and go elsewhere because none of it is worth $8 even if you have low standards. The grocery store is right next door.
Incorrect item on catering order. Normally this would not be a big deal, but when I called the restaurant to request the correct item be sent (someone has a dairy allergy), the employee was incredibly disrespectful and unhelpful. She actually yelled. This was a $312 catering order; we included a tip. Our organization has ordered from this restaurant 3-5x in the past few months without incident.
