I hate when you order something to go and it is received without something. They claim they check the order for accuracy before it leaves, but this is not true. The delivery driver asked if there were drinks and the store associates said no. Well that's was wrong because I had ordered 4 Powerade drinks. It's not asking a lot to ensure all items are there. This firehouse is the only one i come to that’s slower than usually. And the customer service is not the best at all. Kinda feel uncomfortable.
The food is great here, this is my favorite Firehouse but... Lately the environment has been horrible, a women who's name I believe was Jamie has been constantly belittling workers, I've seen these workers for awhile and they do really well but then she just yells at them. They had a lot of people come in last week and in the middle of people eating she starts yelling at this one coworker and nobody else. Worst Staff, worst service I love firehouse subs but never at this location. We ordered 2 veggie suns buying they just put bunch of mushroom even though we said we don't want mushrooms, did not put cheese and when we showed them, almost whole staff came at our table to see as if we are lying and started blaming each other on their own staff, even after that they didn't gave us neither cheese or removed mushrooms.
