They lost my confidence in them because their app sent my food 20 minutes away instead of the store I was literally parked in front of. Their food has been getting worse anyway so it's time to go.

I usually love fire house subs, the employees are usually very nice, even though there’s usually a wait time longer than I’d like for my food it’s worth it because I love their sandwiches. So I was pleasantly surprised today when I got my food right away, then got home to find they didn’t even give me any sauce on my sandwich. Definitely a hit or miss and definitely missed tonight. Nobody answers to address the issue. Order two Cajun chicken subs and literally got meat and cheese absolutely no toppings. What a waste of time and gas
Didn’t even get to order. The lady working the front kept saying she would see us in a second… said that about 4 times. Another employee came to the front, looked at us and didn’t say anything while she went and got a drink. We left after about 15 mins. Not so great service.
