I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs recently. I recently placed an order on the app and I had a bit of a delay going to pick it up when I let the staff know, they were incredibly friendly and quick to make it right. They remade the sandwiches without hesitation, and they turned out perfect hot, fresh, and delicious! It's always refreshing to see customer service handled with such professionalism and care. Staff and management are extremely rude and mean to customers. The employees there make you feel so uncomfortable to the point you dont wanna come back!
To the owner: might want to consider advising your staff to keep their political and personal views to themselves while they’re working. Lots of side-eyes between customers.
I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and they didn't put any turkey very disappointed because these sandwich aren't the cheapest.
