The manager Nathan took care of me and my sons when the app was not working properly. They did not receive my order on their computer even though I had the receipt of it on my phone. He quickly had his staff make the sandwiches and had us on our way. Thanks Nathan
Service was excellent and friendly. We haven’t ordered from there in a while and was so looking forward to the hook n ladder. We were extremely disappointed , way too much mayonnaise, no mustard and the turkey or ham were not what is use to be nor was the any pepper jack cheese . Definitely not like the original . Again the staff were great. So disappointed
Terrible customer service on 10/4, waiting over 30 mins for two subs is wild and un acceptable.
