Update: 8/28/25: Great experience. Food constructed properly. Seems like they fixed the staffing / training issues. Update 1/26/25: Still unworthy of patronage. I'll go to Athens next time. Update 1/15/25: Waited 10 minutes to be greeted. Three workers present. Had to inconvenience them to get my online order. Order still wasn't made correctly. Received a small when I ordered medium double meat. I love Firehouse Restaurant Chain but I'm getting pretty sick of this location...I hope it closes. My online orders have been wrong... read more
