I ordered a grilled chicken Italian salad with no peppers. It had no chicken and full of peppers. I tried calling twice and no one answered. I will NEVER eat there again. Your store sucks!
I've enjoyed the service at this location for years now. I placed an order this Sunday and whoever was cooking that day deserves praise. Best tasting meal I've had at any Firehouse! The favors were robust and fresh. Bravo.
I got a free sandwich for the Mike's day thing, and it was not even worth eating for free. The sandwich was cold, the bread was not toasted, and the onions were completely raw. I threw it away. The employees looked like highschoolers and acted like them too. 0 customer service
