Everytime I’ve gone to this specific firehouse, they absolutely refuse to not put a pickle with your sandwich when asked. There were bits of lettuce and other ingredients on my sandwich that aren’t supposed to be there
Staff are really nice and friendly!!! Good was nice and hot

Employees decided to close the store while orders came in. Employee stated “ were closed, refunds will have to be processed tomorrow” zero F’s given. Management needs to reprioritize
