Currently been sitting in the lobby for over 30 mins for an uber order. This order came through my phone once and I declined it. It then had time to come back through a second time. I accepted it and have been here almost 45 minutes. I have watched them move tickets in front of this 3rd party order multiple times. Once I asked about it the girl said their was 3 tickets ahead. It took 35 minutes to get two sandwiches with only one person ahead of me. Asked what was taking so long because it was at 1:30 pm and hardly no one in the store. Manager said they were sorry but had to thaw out meat for our order!?!?!?!?! Drink machine was out of ice, it took 10 minutes to get ice for our two drinks. Sold out of chocolate chip cookies. Pickle spear was very hard with no taste. Outside of store sidewalk was filthy with trash all around.
Took over thirty minutes for a sandwich and fries, no one explained it would take that long because they were backed up with online orders. Just sat here for half an hour, no apology, nothing. Wouldn't come here unless you're planning to hang out for an hour.
I've ordered here a couple times and I never get what I order, and I never get the extra that I ask to be added on. I will just continue to go back to Normandy when I want firehouse, they always have my order right.
