Thursday: Out of onion. Friday: Out of onion and tomato. Tomorrow: Probably out of more than that, but I'll never know because I wont be coming back to this location again. How are you out of basic ingredients that go on more than half your menu items? I've never encountered an issue like that at any other of the numerous firehouse subs I've ever been to. Something is seriously amiss here...
Wow what a terrible AI response to my review which I gave 5 MONTHS ago. Time to short firehouse sub stock. They are going out of business!!!! Was looking forward to eating at my first firehouse sub franchise. Very disappointed. This place is dark and grubby with very slow service. Place needs to be steam cleaned and painted. No lettuce and no tomato. REALLY!!!
Probably not a typical experience. Was told by staff we came after a big rush. Not sure as it was empty when we walked in. The soda machine was out of ice, and they did not offer ice from the kitchen for our drinks, so they were hot drinks. The whole building was full of smoke, was never offered any reason for this, but having worked in fire/EMS I'm surprised the fire alarm was silent.
