Was looking forward to eating at my first firehouse sub franchise. Very disappointed. This place is dark and grubby with very slow service. Place needs to be steam cleaned and painted. Boxes of supplies and soda laying out on the countertops and in the dining room area. Paid $11 for a medium size sub with three thin layers of beef lol. Didn’t even like the pickle.
