This location has been on a slow decline. My 5 star review one year ago is now a solid 1. As previous reviews explain, at 8pm - the location is practically closed. Entering around this time will result in some odd looks from staff. Tea is dumped, so don’t even think about it. Not an inviting experience. Maybe consider closing at 8pm? That way everyone is happy and expectations are clear.
Nathan was great, friendly and made my sandwich quickly and just like I asked.
Best sandwiches, friendly employees, nice atmosphere! Highly recommended this place.
