They do not care if they put an allergen in your sandwich as long as you get the sandwich. Truly, I’d go anywhere else. They’ll give someone an allergic reaction and then make the apologize. Plus, eating burned food is cool too.
Another update 3/11/25: still horribly slow. At this point, I think no improvements will ever be made... Update 5/16/24: still understaffed and ridiculously slow. Good sandwiches, but expect any online order placed after 11:15 to be late at least 20 minutes after the estimated time. This location is continually understaffed and cannot handle the normal lunch traffic. It doesn't help that they seem to prioritize in store ordering without reflecting that decision in their time estimates.

Fast and friendly. And the sandwiches are always top notch!
I had never tried this place before and neither had my husband. We were actually going to go into five guys next-door, but decided to try fire house because we had never tried it. Both people working seem to be far more concerned with being on their phone, and seemed very unhappy overall to be working.
