Levi was super nice and friendly
We came in today and it was about 8:20pm, we tried a different cafe prior to going into Firehouse and we got an attitude because it was close to closing time so we left. We weren't sure what kind of greeting we would get when we walked into Firehouse but as we walked in Caleb was cleaning and we asked him if it was too late to be served, he said no, come on in. I stopped in on 6/19. When I got home my order was incorrect and I called and politely asked for my order to be refunded. I was met with resistance by an employee named Mike who told me they did not make a mistake and it was I that made the mistake. I will not rest until this situation is resolved appropriately. Also, the place was dirty as hell.
