I went here at 12:30 pm for lunch today and unfortunately was never greeted by the cashier. The group who I was with tried to take a step back to see if the cashier would acknowledge us again and he did not. As we left, the lady behind the counter said “have a great day.” We never ordered. It was unprofessional. I have never experienced this at any other Firehouse location.

I had a very disappointing experience at the 7542 West Commercial location. I stood at the register for several minutes waiting to order and was never acknowledged by any of the employees. The staff remained standing at the register without offering assistance. Then when I was walking out she told me to have a nice day! This level of customer service is unacceptable.

I am absolutely appalled by the experience I had at your location today, February 27 at approximately 12:30 PM. I walked into the store neatly dressed, in a positive mood, and with a smile on my face. My group and I were simply looking to grab lunch during our break. As we entered, one team member walked directly past us without so much as a greeting or acknowledgment.
