This Firehouse Subs is great. Raquel and the staff went above and beyond for me and my son William. I wish them all that goodness that life can give them. They deserve raises and special awards for kindness. Thank you thank Raquel for making our day, you are amazing!
Update 11 months later: I went back and same experience. Asked for extra toasts and it wasn’t even toasted, soggy, disgusting & in the trash. Love giving my money to companies that have no quality control. I ask for extra toasted and instead I got no toasted bread. The bread was cold and mushy on both white and gluten free bread. Very disappointing. Won’t be coming back anytime soon I’ll stick to jimmy johns & jersey mikes.
Ordered specific meal with removal of jusy 1 item due to dietary/allergy restrictions, and literally got a box of lettuce with 2 slices of lunch meat, thats it. It was awful. 40 minutes to get our meals, and this is what I got to take home. Never will visit this location again
