Update: just tried again on 7/31/25 and had an even worse experience. Customers inside orders were lost or waiting for 15 minutes to place an order at the counter. The employees are extremely rude as well. One young lady when asked what the wait would be was extremely rude and said they were just too busy. She also was not wearing a hair net or a name tag. Why does this store take so much longer to make a sandwich than any other sandwich shop ever? It takes you 20 minutes to make one sandwich? Food is always bus tho. How is firehouse gonna have worse service than subway tho. lock in
