I enjoy Firehouse Subs but NOT this one. I have never had a bad experience at a firehouse until I found this one. Ordered a large NY Steamer with fries and a drink. The drink is the only thing they got right, probably because I did most of the work. The sandwich had barely any meat. (If I want a piece of bread with one or two slices of meat on it I'll go to subway and ruin my day.) In short first sandwich at firehouse that sucked! Seems like with new management in the store the service has been so much better and faster. Food is fresh and high quality service.

Firehouse subs employees as of 08/06/2025 1:30pm Can’t seem to make a Hook and ladder with 4 employees after the lunch rush. I placed my order at 1:35pm I got my sub at 2:02 I used to work here, the standard then was 3-4 mins a sandwich. They fell off hard. Because of them, I was late for work, and I didn’t receive the extra pickles I ordered that was on my ticket.

I ordered a medium NY steamer and a large order of fries. The sandwich .had no pastrami, mustard or italian dressing. Now I would've ordered the large sub but I wanted to try the fries. I get a phone call that the fry machine is down and offered me a 1$ cookie or 2$ brownie to replace my 5$ fries. Then the sub is the size of a hot dog bun. Which would've been great had i received my fries.
