We ordered 2 subs on February 20th 2026. My husband ordered the smoked beef brisket and cheddar with BBQ sauce and I ordered the firehouse steak and cheese and neither of them had cheese on them. And it took 3 people to make them and still messed up the subs. They should do a better job than they do.
I haven't had a problem with the staff or food experience yet. The only BIG negative thing is that if you order in app its like $3 to $4 more then it you order in person.
The food was average, but the place was a mess. Soda had been spilled on the floor so everything was sticky, there were no napkins available anywhere besides the bathroom (not even when they gave us the food), and the bathroom was a mess. They seemed short staffed.

No green peppers, and soggy bread because she had to heat my sandwich twice, because equipment wasn't working. You live n learn. I've learned that they're just as bad as subway.
