***DO NOT EAT HERE*** Placed an online order and when I got home my sandwich was a Philly Cheesesteak and not the Club on a Sub like I ordered. Aitting in the drive thru... They are not busy. No other car in the line. It's been 18 minutes since they ran my card. I got inside and there are 2 customers in there. And magically my food was ready sitting there. Never again.
I love Firehouse but this location is just not up to any standard. I got home with my sandwich and it was missing the meat and the cheese. I’ve had multiple bad experiences and I just can’t tell you how much you should avoid this location.
