I went today and tried the Cajun Chicken sandwich and the food was fresh and good. I'd 100% recommend anyone to try it. I chalk up my prior experience that wasn't good due to how it went. I specifically went inside to order the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket and asked to put everything on it, now I got home to find out it’s only meat and nothing else! Very disappointed!
I'm never stepping foot in this place or any Firehouse subs again. It was my first time trying a Steak and Cheese sandwich for $22.37 that I bought today at 5:06pm. The sandwich was good until I reach 80% in and realized the meat or toppings was raw. I threw up a bit in the store and the employees, and owner who was there did not care about a customer. My experience at firehouse subs was amazing!! The food was amazing and the customer service was spot on. What stood out to me was the incredible customer service. The staff were extremely friendly and helped navigate me through the menu, in order to customize the perfect sub. I would definitely be back!!
