Ordered a sub today through Uber. Got a refund thank god because NOTHING was on my sandwich. After waiting a flippen HOUR for this disgusting crap. No tomato, no mustard, nothing!! Disgusted and will not buy again.
Absolutely horrible experience! We have had multiple experiences at this location and tonight was the last straw. Go anywhere except here. Our order was wrong in every possible way, drove all the way back to the store just to be told we couldn’t have a refund and our dinner made correctly. What an absolute terrible management team. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves for not owning your mistakes and helping your customers after being inconvenienced.
My experience at firehouse subs was amazing!! The food was amazing and the customer service was spot on. What stood out to me was the incredible customer service. The staff were extremely friendly and helped navigate me through the menu, in order to customize the perfect sub. I would definitely be back!! I came back Again today, and the service was still spot on. The girl working on the cash was very helpful and clear, and went over my order to ensure I was okay with my order. Good food as always!!
waited 35 mins for a online order. only ordered 3 subs. I was ignored by an employee when i walked in.
Today I ate from here . It’s awesome. I don’t have word . Here is very delicious food .
