My sandwich was stuffed with deliciousness exactly as I ordered, the staff were friendly and quick, and I love being able to get caffeine free Diet Coke in the freestyle machine. Hard to find in most restaurants.
Not happy at all. I usually go to the 1 across from Sam's club & love them. If this was my 1st experience I would never come back to any of their stores. My hook & ladder was bread, lettuce & very little meat & no cheese at all. It was an online order so I just picked it up & left. Very disappointed at spending almost $40.00, I bought 4 medium hook & ladders. It will be a while before I even go back to the 1 by Sam's club. I need to let this memory fade before I go back again.
