I eat here pretty often and have only ever had 2 issues- both times the manager was extremely kind in rectifying the situation. Today warranted this positive review. I order through Grubhub and they didn’t have the sandwich I wanted (smokehouse brisket and cheddar) so I called the store to see what could be done because I had a gift card I wanted to use.
