Put an order in online. Went to five guys next door, ordered and recieved my food, then still had to wait 15 min in a vacant firehouse for a turkey sandwich... I love firehouse but this is a very very typical experience. 2 star is just becuase to food is good.
Firehouse Subs is hands-down one of our absolute go-to spots! We stopped in to grab a couple of meals and ran into a bit of a tech snag trying to use the Firehouse app. My wife accidentally sent our order to the wrong location, but the owner, Vince, was on duty and completely saved the day! He was incredibly friendly and immediately jumped into action, trying to call the other store to cancel it for us.
