Ordered on DoorDash from this location and got delivered one out of the 5 subs we ordered. The poor driver was given an entire bag with one sad sandwich and the combo (drink and chips) for a meal; they didn't even give us the rest of it. Couldn't even get my whole 80 back from DoorDash either for the awful service they gave. Don't let them fool you; either the DoorDash driver didn't steal our meal they just blatantly didn't give it. Straight up Trash.
I know when I visit this Fitehouse Subs the food will be delicious, the employees will be nice and courteous and the restaurant will be clean.
Waited in the drive through sooo long. Service was beyond slow. Saw my sandwich ready and waited another 12 minutes for the 2nd sandwich. When brought to the window they apologized for it taking so long - and on top of all that my sandwich had mustard requested no mustard and was on the wrong bread… What happened? You all have been great for years but not today.
