Really disappointed with this experience. I ordered the Captain’s Club, and what I received looked nothing like what’s advertised. There was little to no melted pepper jack cheese, and instead of the hot sauce and hero sauce that come on the sandwich, the only sauce on it was plain mayo. The sandwich was also soggy and looked thrown together rather than stacked like the photo. We went back to get it fixed, and instead of remaking it properly, they handed us sauce packets.
