I love firehouse i eat at deland multiple times a week usually even though i live in daytona and i went to this location and i was being outgoin and friendly like the firehouse vibe is and i was getting dead faced by the cashier and then i get my subs and their soggy as hell.the bottom bun was like a wet paper towel and my gf worked at firehouse and knows that they just took the meat out of the steamer and slapped it on in a hurry or cuz they dont care about quality but ive never seen such miserable employees im not the guy ... read more
I order my food thru doordash. When my driver got there they told him they gave the sandwich to the wrong person. After everything was said and done I did manage to get a full refund from doordash but the store refused to help despite it being their mistake. I don't recommend ordering thru third party if you order at all from this location. When I contacted their company they basically said there was nothing they could do because it was third party
