I ordered online from Firehouse Subs, but there was a double charge. At first, nothing was showing up—no order was visible. When I arrived, the manager, Steve, was incredibly kind and took care of it right away. Both employees, King and Shay, were also very helpful and friendly. Even though the order didn't appear they resolved everything quickly. The food was excellent as always, and they turned a frustrating situation into a positive one.
