My first visit to this establishment and a firehouse franchise was less than desirable from placing the order to failing to prepare orders in sequence. After waiting a lengthy time to place my order, I finally placed order at 5:47pm. A woman came behind me and placed her order. At 6:01, he calls the woman who ordered behind me to pick up her order. Staff didn't mention they were out of ingredients and instead I had to check my food before leaving and ask were certain toppings that are pre included were. The sub was looked horribly put together with sparsely laid meat and toppings. After my last few experiences at this location I didn't eat the food I ordered once I got home luckily I did not because the other person with me who order the same meal was sick shortly after consumption. First impressions are everything. There was a crew of nasty people with bad attitudes today. Forget about coming to this location for redeeming the T-Mobile BOGO offer. I’ve never had this issues with other Firehouse locations in GA or TN. Today’s visit was a joke and waste of time because they don’t want to assist you with the extras like banana peppers, black olives, cucumbers which aren’t available on the Firehouse Subs app for T-Life (T-Mobile Tuesday) rewards.
