Was only person in store still waited 25 minutes for a single sandwich and they got the sandwich wrong too. Horrible Will not return
I had forgotten how good Firehouse subs are I am definitely going to be going back soon they beat all the other guys by a significant margin
This was my first visit to Firehouse Subs, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing introduction. I ordered the veggie sandwich with extra veggies, but the employees making my sandwich spent more time mocking my request than actually preparing it. Their comments were unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when I brought it up to the manager, Jeremy, he didn't seem to take my concerns seriously.
