I love firehouse subs and the last few times I've been in my order has either been incorrect or items have been missing. I've reached out with feedback and not once heard back from anyone. It's very disappointing as I do like the food here and I feel ignored. I primarily order from the location in Jacksonville off of Beach and Hodges and occasionally from Beach and Pennman.
