The food is exceptional, I always pick Firehouse over anywhere else, they have great service and do great things in support of the local Firefighters and charities. Fire house is on point and on top.

Have tried twice to order for delivery. Both times the order showed tracking but it never arrived. Nobody will answer the phone at the store. Getting a refund was difficult as corporate is not much better.
