Sandwiches were delicious
My family enjoys Firehouse Subs, we have since the first location opened in Chattanooga, close to 20 years ago. What we do not enjoy is bad service and incorrect orders. This will likely be our last visit to the Hixson location due to their consistent inability to get an order right. Wrong bread, stale or not toasted, cold meat, missing cheese, enough lettuce to completely fill the basket, no pickle, wrong sandwich, wrong size, and missing sandwiches are what we've experienced in the past few visits. The food is exceptional, I always pick Firehouse over anywhere else, they have great service and do great things in support of the local Firefighters and charities. Fire house is on point and on top.
