Firehouse is our favorite sub shop! However, 3 pieces of meat on the Italian sub? Really? 1 Salami, 1 ham, and 1 piece of pepperoni. Please reconsider the ratio of meat to bread here. Especially when looking at the advertised sub!! We really love Firehouse and want to continue to be a customer.
The turkey bacon ranch hits every single time. Sometimes it can be a long wait if you didn’t order ahead but the meal is always with the wait it’s so good.
I have had 2 terrible experiences here. The last one the manager said something was not available that I ordered. It was a garlic bread on the app. It was listed as an individual item. I ordered it separately and I also ordered my sandwich has garlic bread. He tried to tell me I ordered my sandwich has a garlic bread and that garlic bread does not exist by itself.
