You can tell the owner/manager of this store truly cares about this place, as the restaurant is extremely clean, tiddy, and has helpful signage laid out... but what is desperately needed is customer service training for the people working there. I know these guys are young and it's not a glamorous job making sandwiches, but the customer interactions are terrible. I always get food at this Firehouae Subs location. The restaurant is very clean and everyone is so nice when I walk in. Shannon is amazing, kind and very helpful. She's the best. I had problems with an offer in my app and they took care of it. The food is always so fresh and delicious. I will definitely keep coming back!
Took over 15 minutes to make a sandwich. Then when I asked they said they ran out of things and had to make them. There wasn't anyone there and I only had 30 minutes for lunch. I asked for my money back.
