I came to pick up a to-go order at 10:40 this morning, but the open sign was off and the doors were locked, even though they advertise that they are open daily at 10:00 AM. They finally unlocked the doors after I had already gone back to sit in my car. When I came inside, both girls working were just standing around talking, and my order still was not ready even though it was already past the scheduled pickup time. There's 2 people working. One strictly takes orders the other makes food. There's only one fountain for drinks working and most of it is empty. No ice. Ingredients missing which we don't know about until we get the food and try to eat it. The person behind the counter should be telling customers that they are out of half of the ingredients, but no. The food is good, but management needs to be checked

Place is dirty food is crap over priced no one understands anything you say place used to be great im not sure who or what bought this place but they should return it back to the old owners cause when you walk in there its a joke workers playing around sitting on the phones while the tables could be cleaned soda machine screens look nasty you can tell no one cares and it starts from the owner to the gm to the employees what a shame.
