We used to love Firehouse Subs...we always order our favorites. Its pricey to get food here, 2 large subs, $40 (no chips or drinks)! So we dont come here often. We got subs yesterday, I waited about 24 minutes for our order to get done. There was a young man there who was making the subs, but he didnt seem to know the menu. First and last time I will be stopping by at this location. Placed the order at 11 am. Pick up time was confirmed for 11:20am. I arrived service was slow, I asked the guy working if they had an order for my name. He said they are working on it. Next everyone leaves. Keep in mind I arrived at 11:17. I waited until 11:30.
