Delicious subs and a great welcome discount
The sandwiches and salads are generally good.
Food is good, store is decently clean, people seem nice. That's about it for positives. They never pay attention when you say no pickle and since firehouse no longer wraps pickles your sub ends up with pickle juice on/in it. I personally just dislike them but someone with an allergy could have a serious problem with that. They also tend to take very long to make orders.
