We used to buy firehouse subs all the time, but about a year or so ago they started skimping on the meat so the subs were pathetic and we stopped going. We decided to try again last night and the quality and amount of meat exceeded by far our earlier experience. These customers are back.
The food is consistently fresh, hot, and packed with flavor, and the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket is hands-down a standout, and always our number one go-to! What truly sets this location apart, though, is the staff. Every visit is met with friendly smiles, efficiency, and genuine customer service. The employees are welcoming, attentive, and clearly take pride in what they do, which makes the experience even better.
Extremely quick service for a pick up order. Met by employee who kept the sub hot in a warmer for when I arrived.
