The staff was very helpful!
I went in at 8:15, now I understand that’s close to closing time but I love firehouse and they disrespected my sandwich. I got the smokehouse beef and cheddar. No cheese, No bbq sauce, no mayo, and the bread was soggy. I spent 17 dollars on this sandwich and it was like eating beef shavings. I feel so disrespected right now.
Normally love. But as of late they have not had sliced chicken, just grilled chunks. That's not my favorite. Like that last 4 times same thing was said "we don't have that"
Got order wrong on 10/29/25. Bummer to waste $14.
