Felt very racist. No greetings, just stares
My wife and I love firehouse subs, we eat here probably twice a month if not more. But the group of kids working, and I mean kids, need some customer service training. I shouldn't have to try and get your attention for a pick up order while you're just standing and talking. You're on the clock working, pay attention to the job that is paying you. Im upset because two kids wasted 8 minutes of my lunch, I had to ask the girl sweeping to take care of me.
