We have come to this location a few times. Every visit has had it's own challenges. We are never greeted when coming in. We have waited far too long for a simple 2 sandwiches when nobody else is in here. Our sandwiches are always incorrect, wrong size, too heavy on dressing, no pickle, sandwich not cut, employee doesn't know the register, or count money, etc. Today 3 different people were in the store and all 3 had wrong sandwiches/or missing something. I placed an online order. I went to pick it up. Not ready yet. I introduced myself & waited patiently. They called out the name of every other person in the restaurant when their order was ready. Except mine. I don't know what I did that they hid my order behind a shelf & never called my name. After a half hour of waiting, I asked & they slid it out from behind where it was hiding.
